These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of any product or service offered by Tam's Flames "TAM LLC" ("Tam's Flames", "us", or "we") through tamsflames.godaddysites.com (the "Site"), or (unless other terms of sale are expressly agreed between the parties in writing) by telephone, or by email. Please read these Terms of Sale carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Sale, without any limitations or qualifications. These Terms of Sale are subject to modification without prior written notice at any time, at our sole discretion. You should review these Terms of Sale periodically to ensure that you are up to date on all such changes.
Refund Policy
Should a customer be dissatisfied with the scent or product they have purchased, we provide an option to replace it with another item of equal or lesser value at no extra charge. In cases where a refund is preferred over a replacement, we accept returns within 30 days of the order's receipt, as verified by the provided tracking number. The customer must bear the shipping costs for returning the item to us. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund, deducting the shipping costs and any additional services. If an order is sent back due to incorrect shipping details and the customer opts for a refund rather than reshipment, we will only refund the cost of the product. Additional services and shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. It is important to note that we only accept returns for unused wax warmers and diffusers.
